Figures & facts about the collaboration

The client aimed to modernize its existing temporary employment model. The focus was on increasing attractiveness for both partners and talent, while significantly accelerating the staffing process. Key areas included:
Closer Collaboration with Staffing Suppliers
Optimization of Time-to-Fill
Improvement of Fill Rate
Together with the client, we quickly recognized that a fundamental realignment of the temporary employment model was key to achieving sustainable improvements in staffing outcomes. In a series of consulting sessions, various options were discussed, prioritized, and transformed into a joint strategy.
We then prepared a relaunch of the model – including the opportunity to renegotiate commercial terms with suppliers to make them more attractive. This ensured that the tender was not only formally correct but also market-oriented and future-proof. This collaborative approach laid a strong foundation for long-term cooperation between the client and its suppliers.
Conclusion
The result: a remarkable transformation within just 12 months.
The number of temporary workers increased by 53%. Time-to-fill was reduced by one week. The number of CVs submitted by suppliers doubled and the fill rate improved from 70% to 90%. A great success story – made possible by bringing all three parties (client, MSP, and suppliers) to the table.
